Role Description

The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about products and services. Daily tasks include assisting with order processing, maintaining accurate records, organizing sales materials, and ensuring the sales area is presentable.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues, following up with prospective and existing customers, and helping to meet sales targets through excellent service and communication. The Sales Assistant will also contribute to basic administrative duties related to sales activities.

• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
