Calvary Health Care seeks a Learning Delivery Manager (National) to provide strategic and operational leadership for Australia-wide education across Aged Care and Home Care.

You will lead a dispersed team of Clinical Educators delivering mandatory and role‑specific training, aligned with quality, compliance and clinical requirements. This role partners with governance, People and Culture and operational leaders to deliver effective learning solutions.

The right person will have strong administrative, leadership, financial, and people‑management skills, plus experience in medical practice settings.

The salary range for this role is $147,408 - $160,375.
