Warehouse & Stock Control Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse & Stock Control Manager to join a fast-growing beauty and wellness business based in Dublin.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing stock, warehouse operations, order fulfilment and systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will take ownership of stock accuracy and warehouse processes, while ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B retail/distributor channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of stock accuracy, stock movements, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of DTC website orders and B2B retail and distributor orders.
• Lead the day-to-day use of Mintsoft, including managing integrations with Shopify, courier systems and a new distribution partner.
• Monitor and troubleshoot stock, system and order-flow issues, ensuring problems are resolved quickly.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Develop, implement and maintain clear warehouse processes, procedures and controls.
• Oversee goods-in, stock transfers, returns, damages and stock adjustments.
• Produce regular and accurate reporting on inventory, outstanding orders and fulfilment performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, stock control and order fulfilment processes.
• Support, train and provide day-to-day guidance to the warehouse team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics/distribution partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience in warehouse management, stock control and order fulfilment, ideally within FMCG, beauty, wellness, retail or e-commerce environment.

• Strong, hands-on Mintsoft experience - this is a key requirement for the role.
• Previous experience in warehouse and stock control management.
• Experience managing DTC and B2B order fulfilment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with Shopify and/or courier integrations would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced and evolving environment.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to both manage processes and get involved operationally when required.

You will be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and bringing structure to a busy warehouse operation. You'll be comfortable working with systems and data, but equally happy getting involved on the warehouse floor when needed.
