Warehouse Operator, Kilsyth VIC

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operators to join a busy warehouse team based in Kilsyth.

This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on stock picking and receiving cartons at heights of up to 7 metres. Candidates must have a current LF Forklift Licence and proven experience operating high-reach or stock picker equipment.

Permanent Full-Time | $62,600 + 8% Bonus + Super | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

• Operate forklifts and stock picker equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick and receive cartons at heights of up to 7 metres
• Use RF scanners and computer systems
• Follow pick lists and ensure accurate product selection
• Receive, inspect, label and store incoming goodsPack and dispatch orders
• Load and unload vehicles and move goods around the warehouse
• Complete stocktake and general warehouse administration
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform manual handling, including occasional lifting up to 25kg

About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven high-reach or stock picker experience
• Experience working at heights of up to 7 metres
• Previous warehouse picking experience
• RF scanner and warehouse system experience
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable and team-focused attitude

Important: This is not a traditional forklift loading role. The position involves significant stock picking and carton handling using a stock picker at heights of up to 7 metres.

Shifts

Day: 6:54am – 3:00pm
Afternoon: 2:54pm – 11:00pm

4 x Day Shift | 3 x Afternoon Shift
