Safety, Health & Environment Manager – Supply Chain

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of SHE programs, systems and compliance across Nestlé’s Oceania logistics network


• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to strengthen safety performance and embed a high-performing SHE culture


• Drive the market-wide audit program and ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, legal requirements and governance obligations


• Coach and influence leaders and operational teams to build SHE capability, accountability and engagement


• Lead investigations and turn insights into practical improvement solutions


• Partner with the Oceania SHE team and key stakeholders to enhance systems, training and best practices


• Champion supply chain security activities across all sites in support of Nestlé’s security strategy


• Deliver training, audits and safety initiatives across Australia and the Oceania region

Requirements

• Proven experience within a fast-paced operational environment


• Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels


• Ability to drive behavioural change and stronger safety outcomes


• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, business-focused solutions


• Strong coaching and communication skills


• Ability to build capability and embed best practice across diverse teams


• Passion for safety and curiosity to understand risks and improvement opportunities


• Ability to balance operational priorities while keeping safety at the forefront


• Growth mindset and strong learning agility


• Hands-on approach and willingness to travel regularly across Australia and the Oceania region


• Experience leading management system audits and working with SHE frameworks, including ISO standards, advantageous but not essential


• Full Australian working rights
