Brisbane CBD | Monday to Friday | $40 per hour + super | Immediate Start | 4-Month Temporary Assignment

Are you passionate about helping people and making a genuine difference in your community? Sharp & Carter is looking for an experienced Temporary Contact Centre Representative to join our client's customer engagement team.

This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience across the healthcare and insurance industries. Working as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting customers by helping them access essential services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, web and other approved communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, eligibility requirements, pathways and processes
• Triage enquiries across multiple service streams and ensure customers are directed to the most appropriate team
• Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and system updates
• Resolve routine enquiries at first point of contact wherever possible
• Escalate complex, sensitive or urgent matters appropriately
• Follow organisational procedures, compliance requirements and service standards
• Contribute to customer experience outcomes, responsiveness and service quality
• Support a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

• Previous experience within a contact centre, intake, customer service or administration role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills
• Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality and safeguarding principles
