Sales Account Manager

with strong, established relationships within the

London Ho.Re.Ca channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling food or hospitality-related products into

4-star and 5-star hotels , restaurant chains, etc. This role is focused on driving new business, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Our client is one of the biggest food players on the market so this is a great opportunity for someone that is passionate about food and has some past experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within

the Ho.Re.Ca channels in London , including luxury hotels, hotel and restaurant groups. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction. Conduct regular visits to clients Promote the companys food product range, ensuring strong product knowledge and category expertise. Relationship Management Build deep and lasting relationships with decision-makers in the sector. Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ordering, and service. Understand client needs, upcoming menu changes, and seasonal trends to propose relevant solutions. Sales Strategy & Performance Develop and execute a targeted sales plan specifically for the foodservice market in London . Achieve and exceed sales targets, GP margins, and growth KPIs. Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the foodservice sector. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Product Expertise & Support Conduct on-site product demonstrations, tasting sessions, and presentations Give internal feedback on product development based on market demands. Requirements Minimum 25 years experience

in HoReCa, foodservice, hospitality sales, or FMCG sales. Existing network within London hotels

(essential). Strong understanding of hotel operations, purchasing processes, and F&B structures. Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a territory independently.
