Paid Social Account Manager

Overview

In this role you drive Paid Social campaigns across major platforms, aligning strategy with client objectives and metrics. You lead a geographically diverse team to deliver data-driven plans and optimize performance for multiple clients. You partner with clients and internal teams to translate insights into actionable next steps and measurable outcomes.

You will contribute to optimizing testing frameworks and cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to shape performance marketing at a fast-growing agency within the IPG Mediabrands ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align Paid Social strategy with client objectives, KPIs, and measurement solutions
• Lead the team to plan data-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, selecting ad formats, targeting, and KPIs
• Maintain client partnerships with regular updates and data-driven insights
• Foster team development through regular 1:1s, feedback and personalized growth plans
• Collaborate with Business Leadership, Design and Analytics to integrate Paid Social into overall strategies
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement a Paid Social testing framework to maximize performance

• Experience in digital media account management and presenting to clients
• Experience analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with major social platforms and 3rd party tech partners (Smartly, Sprinklr, IAS, Zefr, DoubleVerify)
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager and at least two other Social Advertising Platforms
• Familiarity with creative testing and media formats
• Strong client service, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience
• MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables and charting
