Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and commercial teams, you will provide strategic leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality will be responsible for developing project delivery strategies, overseeing programme performance, managing risk and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. A key aspect of the role will be supporting and developing project teams while driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence across your is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a market-leading contractor and play a pivotal role in delivering landmark projects that leave a lasting impact on communities and the built environment.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Director role within the construction industry, with experience overseeing multiple projects will possess strong commercial awareness, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management, construction methodologies and contractual obligations. Experience managing large-scale projects within sectors such as commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, residential or heritage projects would be highly will be a proactive and solutions-focused leader who can build strong working relationships, motivate teams and confidently engage with clients and senior stakeholders. Relevant construction qualifications and a strong commitment to health, safety and quality are essential.
