We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Richlands. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and delivering high-quality hydraulic services to a diverse customer base.

Your Tasks

• Attend customer sites to carry out hydraulic troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Perform breakdown maintenance on mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on hydraulic systems and components
• Prepare detailed strip and inspect reports, including measurements and parts identification
• Carry out portable machining and welding as required
• Measure, test, and inspect components to ensure compliance with specifications
• Build strong working relationships with customers through professional service delivery

About You

• Trade qualified (Fitter / Hydraulics or similar)
• Strong experience with hydraulic systems, components, and cylinder repairs
• Proven ability in strip & inspect reporting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
