We have distribution centres in Smithfield (NSW) and Dandenong South (VIC) where our head office is located.
About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, we are looking for a seasoned, energetic all rounder warehouse operator to join our NSW warehouse team!
Key responsibilities including (but are not limited to):
Pick and pack orders and samples accurately, efficiently, and without damaging any products
Unloading containers and reviewing their contents
Wrapping and stacking pallets
Packing stock onto shelves or in designated areas in a neatly organised and secure fashion
General warehouse maintenance (some heavy lifting may be required)
Maintaining a safe working environment
Assisting around the warehouse as and when required
Cycle counts
Assisting and updating samples; tracking reports including stands, offcuts, display floors
Forklift operations (forklift licence necessary)
Order processing and assisting the office with customer service support/administration as required
About You
To become part of this amazing team, there are a few skills you will need:
proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role (ideally within a similar industry)
office/order processing experience (desirable)
proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
good safety practices and knowledge
ability to work as a team, as well as autonomously - can do attitude essential!
strong communication and interpersonal skills
a strong work ethic - get the job done and exceed customer expectations
excellent organisational and time management skills
ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
physically fit and able due to natural demands of role
LF class - Forklift licence (Experienced with both Fork and Reach)Stability - Permanent work from Day 1
Full time hours: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
