CUSTOMER SERVICE/INTERNAL SALES

Vollers Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service/Internal Sales professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in Albion Park Rail, NSW 2527. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving internal sales initiatives.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business through proactive sales engagement.

Key responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner

Processing customer orders and managing administrative tasks related to sales transactions

Identifying opportunities to promote products and services to existing and potential customers

Providing product information and recommendations to support customer decision-making

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant databases

Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar administrative role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with computers and office software applications

A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales awareness and the ability to identify customer needs

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
