Z-Tech (India) Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM – Procurement to lead and strengthen the procurement function for our rapidly growing Creative Parks business.

The role will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimisation and end-to-end procurement across multiple park locations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for park development, civil works, infrastructure, landscaping, F&B, events, operations, artwork and other business requirements.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives.

• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable vendors and build a strong multi-location vendor network.

• Lead commercial negotiations, rate finalisation, comparative statements (CSQs), purchase orders and vendor contracts.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/services in line with project and operational requirements.

• Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, lead times and adherence to agreed commercial terms.

• Drive cost savings, process improvements and standardisation across procurement activities.

• Work closely with Projects, Park Operations, Finance, Business Development and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, approvals, documentation and internal controls.

• Lead and mentor the procurement team while ensuring accountability and timely closure of all procurement requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification-B.Tech is mandatory and M.Tech is optional

• 10–15 years of relevant procurement experience.

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, hospitality, retail, parks, events or multi-location operations will be preferred.

• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, vendor development and commercial management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume procurement requirements.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• A proactive professional with strong ownership and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

CTC: ₹20–25 LPA
