CGC Recruitment are working with a high-end residential builder based in the Inner West, who have been delivering architecturally designed homes across Sydney for nearly 10 years. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and have worked alongside some of Australia’s leading architects. With projects currently under construction and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to bring an experienced Contracts Administrator into their team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Contracts Administrator, with a strong background in high-end residential construction across Sydney. You will be joining a high-performing, close-knit team delivering standout homes for their clients.

This role also offers genuine long-term progression into a Senior Contracts Administrator or Project Manager position. Our client invests in their people and is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with the business.

The Role:
  • Manage contracts and commercial administration across high-end residential projects
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants and clients
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement
  • Manage variations, progress claims, EOTs and contract correspondence
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting and project reporting
  • Manage subcontractor documentation and compliance
  • Maintain project records and documentation through Procore
  • Assist with procurement and project close-out
  • Work across projects ranging from high-end new builds through to major renovations and refurbishments
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects in Sydney
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management
  • Experience using Procore is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with project teams and manage multiple priorities
  • A construction-related qualification is desirable
