ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Our client, a highly recognized engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm delivering complex industrial projects for leading industrial organizations is hiring an Electrical Management Head to manage the company’s electrical engineering team with a focus on power generation. This role is responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, and team management, ensuring high-quality solutions for complex facilities.

• Leads and manages the Electrical Engineering Department, overseeing engineers, designers, and support staff while mentoring team members and fostering technical and professional development.
• Provides technical leadership and project execution oversight, ensuring high-quality engineering deliverables, establishing departmental standards and best practices, and collaborating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams on complex EPC projects.
• Supports business growth and compliance initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with proposals and estimating, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
