Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru South. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, and monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold ethical and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders.
• Experience in assessing and treating Language Disorders, including developmental and acquired conditions.
• Competence in evaluating and managing Dysphagia, with knowledge of safe swallowing techniques and interventions.
• Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology, with relevant licensure or registration as required.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and document clinical findings clearly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
• Prior experience in clinical or hospital-based settings is an advantage.
