A team of 80+ professionals led by experienced Chartered Accountants focuses on building scalable finance functions, transaction readiness, and growth structuring.

Role Description: The Accountant will be responsible end-to-end accounting, compliance and reporting requirements at one of our NBFC-HFC client. The role shall require the candidate to work under the guidance of CA and shall work with the management on day-to-day affairs of the HFC.

Experience: 1+ years experience in NBFC or BFSI preferred. Graduates with strong Tally exposure or encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally (vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
• Support Group-level financial reporting — consolidation inputs, MIS schedules, and periodic reporting to the parent/group entity.
• Handle TDS and GST compliance end-to-end: computation, return filing, reconciliation with books, and resolving mismatches.
• Ensure adherence to statutory accounting compliance (Companies Act, Income Tax, applicable NBFC regulatory norms).
• Coordinate closely with the Assistant Manager / reporting manager for month-end and audit closures.
• Exposure to NBFC-specific accounting — loan accounting, provisioning (ECL/NPA classification basics), RBI-mandated reporting formats is a strong plus.
