Role Description The Executive - Admin and Front Office Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing front office operations, including welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and coordinating meeting rooms and appointments for partners and team members. The executive admin will provide comprehensive administrative support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and maintaining records and files.

The role also includes coordinating internal and external meetings, assisting with office communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace. The person in this position will collaborate across teams to support senior leadership, maintain professional standards in client-facing interactions, and uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills for supporting senior leadership and managing daily office tasks.
  • Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills for overseeing front office operations, scheduling, documentation, and basic office coordination.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and internal teams in a professional, service-oriented manner.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars) and experience working in a professional services or consulting environment are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in administration, business, or a related field, and prior experience in executive or front office administration will be an advantage.
