About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team in Georgia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting and reporting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and supporting schedules.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform accounting reconciliations and review financial transactions.
• Support statutory and tax audits and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
• Manage taxation and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for finance and accounting requirements.
• Identify accounting issues and support timely resolution and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Experience in Statutory Audit / Tax Audit
• Good understanding of Taxation & Compliance
• Strong MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis skills
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing
• Good command of MS Excel
• Exposure to SAP / ERP / Tally will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA with 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Taxation are preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Georgia.
