Office operates 7 days a week between 5.30am and 5.30pm

Our express staff play an important role ensuring that our customers get the best service possible. Services are getting busier and busier, and we need more team members to help assist with the daily dispatch of our coaches, process bookings, meet and greet our passengers as well as assisting with enquiries from our customers about all the services we operate nationally.

This means working in a busy 7-day customer service team on a roster interacting daily with our customers. A great attitude, professional presentation and a can‑do attitude will see you succeed in this role.

We work with peak sporting bodies and teams, amazing event companies, schools, corporate customers, and provide daily express services between Canberra to Sydney, Canberra to South Coast, Canberra to Wollongong, Brisbane to Toowoomba to Chinchilla, St George, Cunnamulla, Lightening Ridge.

To be considered we’d like you to have the following skills:

Work effectively in a team and independently

An eagerness to learn, use initiative and develop skills

Language other than English a plus
