Junior QA Engineer
AI Clearing
Job Description
Junior QA Engineer About the Job We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our Product Team in Warsaw. You will work closely with QA engineers, developers, product managers, and designers to keep our web and mobile apps reliable. You will test new features, investigate issues, verify fixes, and make sure our products hold up across environments and real-world scenarios.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow as a QA Engineer on complex products combining web and mobile apps, maps, geospatial data, drone imagery, analytics, and construction workflows. You will start with manual and exploratory testing, API testing, and structured test documentation, and gradually move into test automation and more advanced QA practices. About AI Clearing AI Clearing is a technology company transforming how large-scale construction projects are monitored and managed with AI.
Our platform is used on major construction sites around the world, supporting the delivery of solar farms, pipelines, transmission lines, roads, and other complex infrastructure. We build a web platform, supported by a family of mobile apps.
We hold ISO 42001 (AI management) and ISO 5259-3 (AI data quality) — both world-firsts — alongside ISO 27001, 9001, and 45001. We are a global, fast-growing team with a flat structure, a strong ownership culture, and plenty of room to make a real impact. Your Profile Some practical experience in software testing — from a job, an internship, university, or your own projects A basic understanding of testing principles and the software development lifecycle A structured, curious approach to investigating problems — and bug reports someone else can reproduce A collaborative mindset and clear communication Professional English — our product, documentation, and US team all run in English An appetite for learning test automation and modern QA practices Nice to Have You don't need everything on this list — it's what would help, not a checklist.
