Overview

As an Account Executive, you will sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to Building Societies, Mutuals and Financial Services clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to transform member engagement and drive growth. Youโ€™ll manage the full sales cycle, from strategy to close, leveraging cross-functional resources and whitespace opportunities. This is a chance to shape enterprise relationships in a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment and contribute to the future of customer-centric financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive long-term satisfaction
  • Create and execute strategic account and territory plans for Building Society sector
  • Lead end-to-end sales process with cross-functional Salesforce resources
  • Formalise a go-to-market territory strategy and generate a qualified target account list within 30 days
  • Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell by communicating Salesforce value
  • Identify new opportunities via whitespace prospecting and industry insights
  • Develop compelling business cases showing Salesforce benefits for member engagement and efficiency
Key requirements
  • Quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
  • Experience selling into Building Societies, Mutuals, Financial Services, or related regulated industries
  • Experience building account plans to retain/grow Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Ability to uncover customer processes, objectives, and goals via discovery and value hypotheses
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication using Slack, Google Slides, and Zoom
