Marketing Specialist

• Base salary of $75,000 - $90,000 on offer, dependent on experience

DUTIES.

• Create awareness of and develop the Ivory Group brand
• Communicate with potential Clients and build and develop customer relationships
• Assist with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns for Ivory Group
• Continually review marketing opportunities for Ivory Group across a number of different mediums including media, print media and with our partners
• Work closely with creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Develop marketing material for both online and print campaigns
• Assist with the creation of marketing content, including videos and blog posts
• Responsible for Ivory Group social media including LinkedIn, Google, and other social media channels
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Conduct market research to determine potential opportunities for Ivory Group to extend in their services
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns to Ivory Group strategy
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct medium are being used and campaigns are effective for Ivory Group strategy
• Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports for management
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and report to senior management
• Work with finance and oversee and manage the marketing budget
• Provide advice to Senior Management on services provided by Ivory Group in their development including pricing, product, and distribution channels

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• At least 2 years of previous marketing experience
• Experience working in the recruitment field is highly desirable
• A strong passion for marketing
• A strong attention to detail and time management skills are a must
• A motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Strong creativity, critical thinking abilities, and a detail-oriented approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
