Senior Customer Service Specialist with German @ Antal

• Fluent competency in German and English (verbal and written);
• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• A logical and analytical approach to problem solving;
• Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure;
• Literacy in MS Office;
• Good working knowledge of any additional European language would be a distinct advantage
