Commercial Analyst (North West London - Hybrid)
Are you a commercially minded analyst who enjoys turning data into clear insight and action? I am recruiting for a Commercial Analyst to join a leading UK business in the health/pharmaceutical space, supporting international growth and performance.
This is a permanent role in North West London (NW2) with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and would suit someone who is confident working across forecasting, distributor performance data, and cross-functional commercial projects.

Salary: (competitive)
Hours: 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse export orders to produce monthly outturn forecasts and maintain a rolling 4-month order book
- Identify potential supply chain risks/delays and escalate where needed
- Analyse distributor sales-in and sales-out performance to spot trends, risks and opportunities
- Partner with the International Marketing Director to improve campaign measurement and evaluation processes
- Support commercial projects including pricing reviews, market assessments and distributor incentive programmes
- Act as point of contact for distributor project briefs - assess commercial viability and provide recommendations
- Coordinate product availability, lead times and shipment updates through effective internal communication
Key skills and experience include:
- Degree educated (ideally business or related discipline)
- Strong experience in a similar, fast-moving commercial environment (international / outward-facing ideal)
- Strong data analysis skills - able to translate insight into practical recommendations
- Advanced Excel (advantageous)
- ERP exposure (SAP or similar)
- Good grasp of statistical methods/analytical techniques plus basic finance and budgeting
- Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management
- Project management experience (advantageous)
