The role

In this position, you will join a modern production environment where innovation and continuous improvement are key. As a Cost Controller, you will have the freedom to help shape your role and optimize processes.

You will work closely with the Factory Controller and play a key role in the financial monitoring and cost analysis of our products.

Key accountabilities

Calculating and monitoring transfer costs for all Rizla products and providing accurate cost prices for internal reporting.

 Updating transfer prices and performing intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitoring inventory valuation and ensuring proper alignment with BE GAAP.

Preparing and analyzing monthly reports on production, inventory, waste, and cost variances.

Supporting the Assistant Controller with month-end closing and reporting.

Contributing to budget preparation and NTM meetings, together with the management team, to support well-founded financial decision-making.

Skills & experience

Strong interest in finance, cost accounting, and production processes.

Good knowledge of Excel and a basic understanding of ERP systems.

Familiarity with accounting principles.

Analytical, critical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

A genuine interest in Lean, IT, or automation is a plus.
