Longueuil Toyota is currently looking for a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team!

Job Description

• Open and close work orders
• Schedule appointments for the following day
• Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Track parts on order
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Process requests related to extended warranties
• Manage multiple IT platforms

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position)
• Passion for customer service and comfort interacting with the public
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
