Overview

As a Thermal Engineer in the Electro Optics Module Design team, you will focus on modelling, simulation and validation of thermal and thermo-mechanical behavior across the product life cycle. You contribute to state-of-the-art thermal solutions for Subsystems modules to ensure reliability at the customer. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into manufacturable designs and to optimize designs for performance under real-world conditions.

  • modeling and validation of the thermal and thermo-mechanical behavior of products
  • contributing to the whole product life cycle from concept to transfer to manufacturing
  • design, validation and monitoring of fabrication results
  • collaborating with HW Design Team, Systems Architecture Team and external partners

  • Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • experience in thermal design and stress analysis simulation
  • knowledge of state-of-the-art simulation tools for thermal and stress analysis
