Job Description
Your Role
As an Intern, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and assisting in negotiating various
contracts.
A Day in the Life
β Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters.
β Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs.
β Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision
β Regulatory research and compliance
β Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc.
β Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes
What You Need
β Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement
β Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice.
β Strong legal research and analytical skills
β Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms.
β Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
β A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude
β Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors
