Customer Service - Order Management Specialist with German (10-month project)

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive order management in the SAP system (order entry, price and availability verification, invoicing).

• Issuing invoices and credit notes and sending documents to customers.

• Monitoring the delivery process (cooperation with the distribution center and carriers), organizing special deliveries for the Polish market.

• Managing product returns and exchanges.

• Handling complaints reported by customers and sales representatives.

• Registering and handling customer inquiries in the CRM system (Salesforce).

• Analyzing and updating customer databases.

• Cooperating with the line manager and other team members to resolve ongoing issues.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales administration.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

• German and English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Problem-solving skills and experience in complaint handling.

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good work organization.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
