We are embarking on an exciting phase of growth and transformation across our outpatient services. In addition to leading the Breast Unit, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the future outpatient offering on the 3rd Floor. As services evolve, the portfolio may expand to include a broader range of specialist outpatient services such as women's health, physician-led clinics, primary care and other multidisciplinary services, creating a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader to influence strategy, service development and operational delivery across a growing business unit

What you’ll do:
Provide clinical,operationaland professional leadership for the Breast Unit and outpatient services, ensuring safe, effective andhigh qualitypatient care
Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary breast care team, creating a positive and supportive working environment
Drive service development and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
Build strong working relationships with consultants and multidisciplinary stakeholders to support seamless patient pathways
Monitor governance,qualityand performance measures, implementingappropriate actionsto support continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
Clinical background with current professional registration in a relevant healthcare profession
Previousexperience working within a breast service
Proventrack recordof successfully managing a multidisciplinary team and supporting colleagues to deliverhigh qualitycare
Operational and service management experience, including leading service improvements and influencing change
Proven experience in service development, working closely with consultants and stakeholders across a multidisciplinary team environment to improve services and patient outcomes
A strongtrack recordof building effective relationships with consultants and stakeholders to support service expansion and new service implementation.
Commercial awareness and an ability to balance operational excellence with growth opportunities and strategicobjectives.
Experience managing complex services through periods of change andorganisationaldevelopment.
