Be at the Centre of Decisions, Execution and Growth
Kadkraft Systems is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially aware Executive
Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director.
This is not a conventional secretarial or calendar-management position. The EA will work closely with the
Managing Director across customers, technology partners, sales and technical teams and strategic initiatives. The role requires someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving executive environment - ensuring that meetings translate into actions, priorities are followed through and the Managing
Director's time is focused on the highest-value activities. For an ambitious professional, this role offers significant exposure to the management of a specialised engineering technology business and interaction
with senior executives, manufacturing companies and international technology partners.
About Kadkraft Systems
Established in 1991, Kadkraft Systems is an engineering technology and design solutions provider helping
manufacturers move from concept to production with lower risk, fewer iterations and better engineering decisions.
The company provides solutions across CAD/CAM, engineering and manufacturing simulation, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, metrology and engineering services.
Kadkraft works with internationally proven technologies including Siemens NX and Solid Edge, KISSsoft, Simufact, ADSTEFAN, SIMDRIVE3D, PDM Studio, CADMOULD, SMARTTECH 3D scanners and Pratham 3D printers.
What You Will Do
As the EA to the Managing Director, you will act as an execution and coordination partner, helping convert management priorities into timely action.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings and priorities
· Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers
· Follow up with internal teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
· Track important customer opportunities, management initiatives and projects
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
· Manage executive correspondence, documents and confidential information
· Prepare and improve PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, MIS and management summaries
· Consolidate information from different departments into concise decision-ready reports
· Coordinate with customers, technology partners, consultants and other senior stakeholders
· Support preparation for customer meetings, reviews, seminars and business events
· Maintain systematic records of important discussions, decisions and pending actions
· Identify delays, dependencies and unresolved matters and proactively bring them to attention
· Improve executive workflows through better use of digital tools and structured follow-up
Who We Are Looking For
We need someone who combines executive presence with strong execution discipline.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting a Managing Director,
CEO, business head or other senior leadership and should be comfortable working
independently in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
You should bring:
· Strong Executive Assistant / Executive Support experience
· Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal English communication
· Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
· Ability to prepare professional presentations and concise management reports
· Comfort with digital collaboration and AI productivity tools
· Ability to work with numbers and perform basic business analysis
· Confidence in communicating with senior customers and external stakeholders
· Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the larger business objective
· High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
· A proactive mindset - the ability to anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting for instructions
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline is preferred. Previous experience in an engineering, technology, manufacturing or professional-services organisation
will be an advantage.
What Will Make You Successful
Success in this role will not be measured simply by how well the MD's calendar is maintained. It will be measured by whether important matters move forward.
- You should be the person who knows:
- What was decided?
- Who owns it?
- When is it due?
- What is still pending?
- What requires the MD's attention?
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, working closely with senior management and taking ownership of execution, this role provides an opportunity to become an important part of the leadership office at Kadkraft Systems.
