Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Data Migration Consultant – BODS to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation and store rollout program.
The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of SAP Data Migration experience, strong hands-on expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS), and proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA Retail / IS-Retail.
The role involves building and executing extraction, transformation and load processes for retail master and transactional data, along with reconciliation, data validation, defect resolution and cutover support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and unit-test SAP BODS jobs, dataflows and mappings.
- Perform extraction, transformation and loading of retail data into SAP S/4HANA.
- Work with retail objects across MM, SD, FI and IS-Retail.
- Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing and reconciliation.
- Support repeat/delta loads, mock migrations and go-live cutovers.
- Troubleshoot migration defects and failed records.
- Handle high-volume article, pricing and inventory data.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, legacy-system teams and business data owners.

Candidates must have completed at least one full greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation, with practical exposure to retail objects such as Article, Article Hierarchy, Site Master, Vendor and Customer.
