With a strong pipeline of projects and service work, we're seeking a hands-on Electrician or Automation Technician to join our Sydney team and work on cutting-edge PLC, SCADA and industrial automation systems.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician / Electrician, you'll support PLC, SCADA and industrial control systems across a variety of client sites throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for fault finding, maintenance, servicing, commissioning and technical support, helping customers keep critical operations running safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for an Industrial Electrician looking to move further into automation, or an experienced Automation Technician seeking greater variety and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault finding and maintenance of industrial electrical systems
  • Service and support of PLC and SCADA systems
  • Diagnose and resolve control system faults
  • Support commissioning, upgrades and system improvements
  • Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests
  • Complete service reports and technical documentation
  • Build strong relationships with customers and site teams

About You

  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • Industrial electrical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  • Able to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • PLC and SCADA experience highly regarded
  • Instrumentation and commissioning experience beneficial
  • Current Driver's Licence
