Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Field Services Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in the Pulp and Paper industry. This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia and On site 5 days a week.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and/or facilities, aligning with both corporate and local business objectives. You will deliver on-site technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues.

As the sole IT lead on-site, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate IT team and the Mill, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of IT initiatives.
