Nursing Audit Supervisor

• Perform daily checks of the authorization queue, strictly monitoring the deadlines established by the National Regulatory Agency (ANS) and contractual SLAs.
• Redistribute team workloads and staffing according to volume and client needs.
• Provide daily guidance on technical procedures and ongoing support to the audit team.
• Monitor and measure individual productivity, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic client support and participate in internal and external alignment meetings.
• Monitor the Audit Units, ensuring process effectiveness.
• Address shortcomings constructively, promoting the rapid adjustment of operational processes.
• Provide the coordination team with reports on team conduct and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active and regular registration with COREN, accompanied by an Ethics Declaration.
• At least 2 years of proven experience working as a Nursing Auditor.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the team and clients.
• Strong sense of urgency, objectivity, and strict process discipline.
• Development-oriented profile, with a genuine interest in continuous professional development.
• Graduate-level specialization, completed or in progress, in Healthcare Management, Auditing, or related fields.
• Additional knowledge and training focused on People Management.
• Solid previous experience with health insurance providers or in a hospital setting.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
