Overview
In this role you will design and support demanding civil engineering projects focusing on property drainage and outdoor facilities. You will serve as the central technical advisor to regional branches from concept to acceptance. You will lead subsoil and foundation concept development, coordinate external partners, and support sales and project teams.
You will perform earth static calculations and coordinate the static system with the subsoil, and oversee tenders for foundation and civil engineering measures. You contribute to sustainable infrastructure within a cross‑functional team at GOLDBECK.
Responsibilities- Project-oriented development of subsoil and foundation concepts
- Selection, acquisition and control of external partners (design offices)
- Coordination with specialist associations, authorities and internal project teams
- Preparation and participation in the awarding of civil engineering services to subcontractors
- Advisory support for the sales and project team
- Carrying out earth static calculations and coordination of the static system with the subsoil
- Tendering, award preparation and coordination/support of special foundation and civil engineering measures
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or other relevant areas
- Well-founded experience in CAD-supported designing of property drainage systems and traffic areas
- Great interest in design issues and interdisciplinary solutions in ground engineering
- Ability to develop designs in CAD is essential
- Demonstrable knowledge of design, construction techniques, technical requirements and construction regulations
- Strong communication skills, high customer orientation and persuasiveness
