Engineer

Overview

In this role you will deliver features critical to Xero’s success in the UK, translating customer voice into value. You will join a high-calibre UK Engineering team and collaborate with product owners to design, build, and ship UK-focused solutions. You will solve complex problems across Xero’s products while balancing regional needs with global roadmaps to maximise impact.

Expect varied, high-visibility work spanning Payments, Accounting, and Payroll, with opportunities to travel and collaborate with global colleagues. You will contribute to robust, scalable engineering practices and shape product outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
