Overview

You drive marketplace paid search strategies for global brands, with a focus on Amazon. You work with cross-functional teams to optimise listings and ads, owning budget efficiency and performance metrics. This role combines hands-on analytics with leadership, shaping high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

• Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced bidding to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for ad relevance.
• Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
• Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on paid search experience, with at least 2 years on marketplaces.
• Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Pacvue.
• Strong analytical skills with budgeting and reporting on ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to share insights and strategies.
• Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience.
