Work arrangement: remote
Duration: 12 months (with up to 3 optional renewals – total up to 48 months)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Software Developer to join a long-term project. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint-based solutions that enable knowledge management, digital collaboration, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops the system-Lead development teams
- Translates requirements into design
- Optimizes software from performance, security and quality points of view
- Produces technical documentation
- Estimates effort and time for development
- Sets software development standards
- Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
- Collects and interprets software metrics
- Manages configuration and releases
- Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment
- Tests solutions and develops testing tools
- Documents developments
- Prototypes solutions
- Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support
Tasks
- Full-stack SharePoint development and support
- Development of custom SharePoint solutions (SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.)
- Development using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft .NET Core
- Microsoft SQL Server development with T-SQL proficiency
- HTML & CSS – responsive design;
- REST and HTTP API, GraphQL
- Web services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- JavaScript, TypeScript – strong understanding of JS (as arrow functions, destructing);
- Development using REACT and TypeScript
- Development of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using modern web technologies
- CI/CD configuration and pipeline creation via Azure DevOps
- Source control using Git and Azure DevOps
- Interpret and implement UI/UX designs (e.g. using FIGMA)
- Analyse and provide solutions to issues, problems, bugs, etc.
- Participation in meetings: Sprint Review and Planning, Sprint retrospective
- Participation in technical meetings
- Estimation of deliverables (effort, complexity, etc.), User Stories, Change Requests, etc.
- Prepare, review, Technical Documents, effectively communicate and interact with Stakeholders at various levels
- Contribute to lessons learned
- Report on task
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of IT relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.)
- Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T SQL knowledge
- Web Services/Windows Communication Foundation, REST API, Http API, GraphQL
- HTML & CSS – responsive design, JavaScript, TypeScript (good understanding of JS as arrow functions, destructing), React
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD configurations
- Minimum B2 English language skills (CEFR)
- ICT relevant degree is mandatory
The Great Candidate:
- Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
- Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
- Knows UML and can design applications in UML
- Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
- Worked in Scrum developments
- Is capable for leading technical teams
- Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions
- Presents problem solving skills
Certifications:
- At least one of the following (or equivalent): Advanced-level certificate in software development technology domain, or Equivalent internationally recognized certification (subject to client acceptance).
