• Build and deploy a scalable AI platform used across multiple sectors
• Develop AI-enabled features by integrating software, data, and LLM capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers
• Lead platform engineering tasks such as deployment, monitoring, and debugging
• Contribute to data-driven solutions by leveraging firm data resources
• Support cutting-edge AI initiatives and deliver real-world impact

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python programming skills
• Expertise with AI agents / agentic applications
• Proficiency in React and NextJS
• Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL or AWS RDS
• Experience using LLMs and prompt engineering
• CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs
• Familiarity with AWS cloud, particularly AWS ECS
• Experience with GitHub for version control
• Knowledge of containerization
• Strong conceptual problem-solving abilities
