Accountant

Overview

In this fully remote role, you will own the accuracy and design of fund accounting and operations workflows that underpin the platform, including on-boarding new asset manager clients. You will bridge finance, compliance, and product, ensuring integrations and accounting treatments align with client needs. You work closely with founders, engineering, external administrators, and legal/tax advisers, influencing commercial discussions and due diligence.

This is a high-ownership position with impact on onboarding, risk, and platform integrity.

• Design and maintain fund accounting and operations workflows for existing and new clients
• Ensure correct accounting treatment for client-specific processes (two-sleeve mechanics, discount adjustments, liquidity workflows)
• Validate that new integrations do not create errors or compliance gaps
• Collaborate with founders, engineering, external administrators, and legal/tax advisers
• Engage in commercial conversations and technical due diligence with prospective asset manager clients

• Fully qualified fund accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
• Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or fund controllership
• Private markets, secondaries, or money market experience is a plus
