Software Developer

Overview

In this role you will help build and extend a cloud-based software platform for small and mid-sized retailers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, well-tested code and mentor junior developers. The position sits in a fast-growing tech environment and uses a modern stack to solve real-world retail problems.

You’ll collaborate on cloud-native features and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.

• Develop and deliver industry-leading software solutions with the team
• Write well-tested code following review standards
• Follow company standards and manage work via Jira
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, and project management teams
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
• Prioritize quality, best practices, and attention to detail
• Mentor and support junior team members’ growth
• Own personal and professional development in discussion with line manager
