Job Description

Are you looking to take your first step into a site operations role within a leading pharmaceutical environment? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established service team embedded within a major life sciences site, where you'll play a key role in keeping external service activities running smoothly day to day.

Si les exigences et l'expérience requises pour ce poste correspondent à vos compétences, veuillez postuler rapidement.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and facilitating visits from external suppliers and service providers on-site
  • Escorting visitors around the site and ensuring all access procedures are correctly followed
  • Handling associated administrative tasks including documentation, visitor records, and archiving
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact between the on-site team and external partners
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with site compliance and quality requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of exposure to a laboratory or regulated life sciences environment — this can include an apprenticeship, internship, or work-study programme
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and day-to-day documentation
  • Organised, reliable, and at ease working on a large industrial or pharmaceutical site
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Valid Category B driving licence — required for escorting suppliers around the site
  • Professional level of French; good English is a plus

What's in it for you

  • A foot in the door with two major names in the life sciences industry
  • Real exposure to site operations, supplier management, and pharmaceutical compliance
  • A chance to build your professional network within a large, dynamic organisation
  • A role that complements rather than competes with longer-term career ambitions in the lab space
