Job Advert – Venue & Retail Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of both stores
• Lead, support and develop supervisors and store teams
• Ensure high standards in customer service, cleanliness and presentation
• Monitor product and beverage consistency
• Manage rostering, staffing coordination and day-to-day issues
• Support onboarding, training and team accountability
• Oversee stock, store systems and operational processes
• Manage complaints and escape issues appropriately
• Maintain communication between stores, management and production
• Identify local sales opportunities and support commercial growth
• Provide clear weekly reporting
• Ensure tasks are followed through and closed out

About you

• Previous multi-site retail, hospitality or café management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Highly organised with strong follow-through
• Reliable, mature and confident making decisions
• Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities
• Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining a positive culture
• Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
• Will also be required to work daily on the floor as the Manager in one of the two stores
