Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls, emails or chats.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on requests.

Ensure a positive customer experience.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in the night shift.
