Executive Assistant Intern

We are a lean, fast-growing team where things move quickly and ownership matters. This is not a routine coffee-and-calendar internship. You’ll work closely with the Founder and get a front-row view of fundraising, international expansion, leadership, and business decisions.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Founder on the things that shape his day and week. From managing priorities and follow-ups to preparing meetings and coordinating important initiatives, you’ll play a key role in ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Own the Founder’s calendar, schedule, and priorities.
• Manage follow-ups with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and relevant information before meetings.
• Coordinate travel, visas, itineraries, and logistics, including international travel.
• Maintain important reports, trackers, and master data with high accuracy.
• Take meeting notes, convert discussions into clear action items, and follow up with owners.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure leadership initiatives are executed on time.
• Handle confidential information and documents with discretion and professionalism.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Highly organised with strong follow-up and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive — someone who spots what needs to be done without always being told.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Good at Excel/Google Sheets, presentations, and documentation.
• Curious to understand business, leadership, and startup operations.
• Someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is willing to go beyond the obvious.
