They've transformed the market by focusing on prevention as the path to a healthier smile. They not only provide revolutionary oral health products such as toothbrushes, brush heads, flossing and interdental equipment, but they also provide dental professionals with the training and resources they need to properly embody the philosophy.

Their aim extends beyond white teeth to cultivating a culture of healthy habits for a lifetime of pleasant smiles. So, if you're searching for a brand that prioritizes both cutting-edge products and long-term oral wellness, this organisation might be the perfect fit for you…

In this key role, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Improve sales, brand visibility and product distribution with new and existing clients.

  • Coordinate 'Lunch & Learn' education sessions with dental clinics.

  • Provide education at evening meetings, regional meetings and national/international shows.

  • Establish relationships with important opinion leaders in the territory to produce recommendations and endorsements for a comprehensive portfolio.

  • Attend quarterly National Sales Meetings.

  • Plan territory for effective and timely covering of accounts.

  • Accurately execute administrative chores.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

  • Significant Dental knowledge - Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Nurse or similar with a hunger to progress your career in the commercial arena.

  • A competitive spirit and a relentless drive for results.

  • In-depth knowledge of dental products, workflows and the broader industry.

  • Proven ability to build rapport, network effectively and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence buying decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, communication tools and presentation software.

The offer?

  • An extremely competitive compensation package plus quarterly performance-related bonuses.

  • Company Car

  • Private Medical Cover

  • Generous Holiday Entitlement
