Bilingual Client Services Representative

*12 month contract based fully on-site in Calgary, Alberta*

Overview

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and relationship management support to both existing and new wholesale customers. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and ongoing support.

Key Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related field
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer account requests, including account setup, maintenance, pricing updates, and tax exemption documentation
• Create, update, and maintain customer records within D365 CRM
• Support sales, credit, invoicing, distribution, and account management teams with customer-related requests
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across customer accounts and CRM systems
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and account management processes
• Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

Work Environment

• Full-time, office-based position located in Calgary, Alberta
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting wholesale, retail, distribution, or business-to-business (B2B) customers
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, credit, or finance teams
