Mid-Level Contracts Lawyer - Secondment

• Draft, review, and adapt commercial agreements, terms of use, NDAs, partnership agreements, and amendments


• Provide legal advisory support to business teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations), enabling new partnerships


• Actively participate in meetings and direct negotiations with major accounts, partners, and strategic suppliers


• Develop and update standard contract templates


• Manage requests through a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)


• Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Contracts


• Experience in contracts and legal advisory work


• Experience working in companies in a contracts-focused legal role


• Intermediate English proficiency
